Description

Αctivity 1: “Shapes”: the teacher introduces students to the shapes – circle, square,
triangle, survey and compare them, find signs of similarities and differences.
The teacher explains where the students meet the shapes in their lives. The students
give examples of the use of shapes.
Αctivity 2:
A) motion of the – The teacher explains that every year more and more robots who independently perform various missions in accordance with their purpose and algorithm.
Their movements are often reminiscent of various shapes.
B)The teacher invites students to program the work as instructed

C) The teacher invites the students to independently create a program for moving
the robot – a rectangle, a triangle, a pentagon, an octagon.
Αctivity 3 «Discussion»: The teacher discusses the result with the students.

  1. open the program mBlock
  2. to move the robot around the square, make the program according to the sample
  3. connect the robot to your computer and click connect

  4. download the program to robot
  5. start the robot and check that it manages to square
  6. Independent work
