Main Idea

Students learn to estimate the distance. They understand if they do this many times, the bit will be more accurate. Students learn know the units of length.

Description

Students discuss how long the distance is. They decide in which units it is reasonable to measure this distance.
Students put the blocks in place where they think there is a predetermined distance. The robot moves to the obstacle and measures the distance. The children note in the table how much they made a mistake.

At the end, they discuss about their offers. Students learned to
